Are your prices final, or do charges appear later?
The quote you approve is what you pay. Fare, taxes, hotel cost and our service fee are shown as separate lines, and any airline-side change fees are told to you before we act.
How do payments work?
Bank transfer, UPI and major cards are accepted. Holidays reserve with a part payment and clear before travel. You receive a proper GST invoice for every payment, always.
Can I use you for just one thing, like a visa or a cab?
Absolutely. Plenty of travellers come to us for a single visa file or an airport pickup. No package required, no minimum spend.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Message the desk that booked you. We track your flights, so most of the time we are already rebooking options and protecting your onward hotels before you reach the counter.
Do you set up company travel accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts get negotiated fares, a monthly consolidated GST statement, approval flows on email or WhatsApp, and one named account manager.
Which cities do you operate in?
Flights, visas and holidays are handled for travellers across India and NRIs abroad, fully over phone and WhatsApp. Chauffeured cabs currently run in and around Ujjain, with outstation routes across Madhya Pradesh and beyond.
